Who we are

Headed by brothers Paul and Vernon Slater, our management team has built its reputation on calm, positive and reliable professionalism, with combined experience in all aspects of construction, facilities management and health and safety on site.

What We Do

We take projects from the initial design stage right through to completion and handover or any individual stage in between. Beyond that, we offer pre-planned and reactive maintenance to ensure peace of mind for the client and the ongoing upkeep of the facility.

We take pride in giving the same service and workmanship to everything we do, from fixing a tap to completing a major construction project.

Our Team of Experts

Paul Slater

Managing Director

Having started his career in the armed forces after leaving school, Paul went into the building trade, where he gained a vast deal of experience, including the role of senior contracts manager for new build and refurbishment projects for a large hotel group. After forming Concept Design Solutions in 2008, Paul has brought in business from the MoD, government, local authorities and the private sector.

Vernon Slater

Director

With considerable experience in management and Director roles in the graphics and printing industries, Vernon made a career change to the construction industry and now works closely with fellow Directors and Managers to oversee operational finances and procurement.

Senior Contract Manager

Russell has over 25 years of experience working within the Construction Industry. His calm and positive attitude towards managing contracts ensures that problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. Russell was fundamental in the set-up of our MOD MTC Contract, as well as being our main contact for SSE and Horsham District Council works. He has also been our main contact for Saxon Weald.
