I write to thank Concept Design Solutions and you personally for all of your efforts in delivering the Government House refurbishment both on time and within budget. I know that the scale of your challenge was considerable, and you have achieved excellent results.
Your team has taken, interpreted and delivered the vision and plan agreed by HVA Interiors. Under normal circumstances, a project of this size would have taken circa five months, but through your work ethic and drive, the project was completed in just nine weeks. This rapid delivery has been phenomenal. Government House is now and will be, for the next 25 years, a high-end stately home fit to represent the United Kingdom and the British Army on the world stage.

Finally, I also wish to pass on my thanks for all the other projects you have completed on-site to such a high standard. The Gurkha Welfare Village, Sovereign’s Room, Queen Charlotte bathroom, Staff College Gate and numerous other refurbishment projects have all benefited from your efforts. The Academy is now looking in a much better state, due in no small part to your own and your company’s tireless work.
